VENUE

The conference will will take place in the main building of the AGH University of Science and Technology (A-0). It is at number 30 Mickiewicza street and can be easily recognized by the statues in front of the building.

PRESENTATIONS

Both the oral presentations and posters will be accepted. Oral presentations must not exceed 20 min. including discussion and must be prepared in MS Power Point or Open Office formats. The number of oral presentations will be limited. There is no limitation on the number of posters.

Authors should indicate their preference for either oral presentation or poster. Oral and poster presentations are treated equally. The Scientific Committee will consider all abstracts submitted to the Conference Office by 31st March, 2019 and authors will be notified by the end of April, 2019, when the Committee will decide about the schedules of thematic sessions.
Due to limited number of oral presentations, the Scientific Committee has rights to change preferences of participants from oral presentation to posters.

SOCIAL EVENTS

Ice-breaking party
The ice-breaking party will be held on Tuesday, 10th September, 2019 at the cloister of AGH UST main building A-0 (30 Al. Mickiewicza, the main entrance).

Social Event
The concert of the AGH-UST Representative Orchestra will take place on Wednesday evening, 11th September, 2019 in U2 building - the Didactic Center of the AGH-UST (7 Reymonta Street).

Conference dinner
The gala dinner, including dancing party, will be held on Thursday evening, 12th September, 2019 in the Manggha Japanese Art and Technology Museum (26 Konopnickiej Street). The unique building’s architecture with a spectacular view of the Wawel Royal Castle and the Vistula River provide memorable experience.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

The official language of the Conference is English. No simultaneous translations will be provided.
